  • Our workshops are designed for children and young people aged 2 to 17 years and can be delivered in daycares, schools, libraries, community organisations and at community events.

  • Participants are encouraged to build confidence, explore their strengths, express themselves creatively and develop meaningful connections in a supportive and welcoming environment.

  • Yes. Beverley's Balance is based in Greta, NSW and services the Hunter Region. Up to 1 hour of travel is included, with additional travel available upon request.

  • Workshops typically run for 45 to 120 minutes, depending on the age group, activity and setting.

  • Absolutely. Every workshop can be tailored to suit your group, goals, event or organisation.

  • Parents and caregivers are welcome to stay during many community-based workshops. For workshops delivered in schools and daycares, attendance will depend on each organisation's visitor and supervision policies.

    Please note:

    • Siblings are not automatically included in workshops.

    • Approval for siblings will depend on the workshop design, age group, available space and safety requirements.

    • Any approved siblings must remain under the direct supervision and responsibility of their parent or caregiver at all times.

    • Beverley's Balance reserves the right to limit attendance or ask a parent, caregiver or sibling to step away from a workshop if their behaviour becomes disruptive or creates a safety concern.

    These guidelines help ensure a safe, positive and enjoyable experience for all participants.
